Feel excited after I reading many evidences of other ppl who had slim down ard 2-4kg within 3 days from the book....Omg, is really amazing since u can slim down within such a short period ^^
The way they had done is just drink HONEY + Water continuously 3 days without eating any other food.... In another word, tat means u just use ' honey drink ' to replace ur 3 meals between these 3 days, but u won't even feel hungry after drinking the ' honey drink '......nice rite???
Haha, luckily my mum got sell pure honey which brought from my hometown there few months ago....Anyone who are interested to buy from me feel free to ask me for details ^^

It has been such a long time I nv online but stay in M'sia since last Thurs which is the big day of my pity bro to go in ARMY oso...Haha, it's quite a sad thing since I cant often see him actually...
Just came out frm m'sia and went Republic Poly to take something frm my fren....Not really like there actually bcos of the 'coldness'.Lol, I cant really see much ppl all along the way I finding my fren lo ==
Loitering awhile to see the campus n found tat there are some students playing piano in the library ^^ ...It's really cool rite since the students there can study while listening to the music xD
Heading bac to Civic central to collect my driving license after tat...n stay at the library to serve internet until 6pm NOW....

Now I just noe tat the only benefit of blogging is to express my feeling since Im lazy to mention it another time....
